Police should be public servants, Peace Keepers, law enforcers, the restorers of good order, and protectors of those who are compliant. I will not argue that speeding is against the law. I will however, argue that if I have been completely compliant with each and every request, that it is unfair of a Police Officer to retain me for over 20 minutes, at night, on the highway alone.
