PEACE:
Career Update!  OK, I (sadly) had to give up the green truck ("Jade") last month.  I had to switch it up and go OTR (regionally) with a company that I really did not want to go with in the first place.  THEY let me go last week, now I am trying to get on with another (better) OTR company on THEIR regional account. Send a trucker prayer out there for me!

(OH, and I am STILL TRYING to get a bike!)

Peace:

In the last few weeks, a lot of has happened to make me more of a O/O than i was just a few months ago... namely MAINTENANCE ISSUES!  I had to get a new alternator, muffler, and fan belt tensioner all in about a month's time. But I am STILL ROLLING  :-)

Anyway, have to move my "bike buying day' back a little.  I had my car repossesed around the end of last year.  So I have to get another one of those first.  THEN the BIKE.  It's all good, though.

Greetings Jazz your  rite with it,the headaches the maintenance, but I wouldn`t have it any other way i have a flat bed, with a rolltyte,or curtinside it is the way to go aslong as your loaded and the wind isn`t up or you have a lot of snow on top but it is faster,but there are cheaper systems out there just as good  QUIC DRAWS,AND REEFER, is a good second choice, because that`s all I  se comming out to AZ. hollar at your boy Bam Bam i`m with LONG HAUL TRUCKING.

I'm getting the itch again and thinking about buying a truck again.  I had one for 10 years from 1996-2006.  Tired of not having much say so in where I go.  I can make the same money I live off and put the rest away for repairs.

Want to come by and "hollar" at all you DRIVAHS. :-) I am STILL trying to get my first bike, but I figure I need to prioritize and get my first TRUCK first. (So if you know some on trying to sell a truck, let a Sistah know, OK?)
Anyway, I pray you all stay safe out there on the road, regardless of how many wheels you got under you!

Ive been driving tankers for 18 yrs and still rolling. Its nice to hear from other truckers slash bikers.
