It's going down like the Catalina wine mixer. Join the mother chapter of k9 Motorcycle club of Fayetteville, NC for our 14 year anniversary celebration. Where we will be rattling off two brand new 2012 sportbikes of the winners choice. That's right, two motorcycles with 0 miles on them will be given away. Contact a K9 member for details but do it quick, there will only bs 1,000 tickets sold

K9 and K9 Too MC and K9 SC will be giving away four $250 prizes ($1000 total) each month.  Proceeds will go towards Feed the Children (www.feedthechildren.org ) Raffle tickets are $5 ea. Purchases/donations are Tax deductible where available. Contact a local K9 Member for more details. Names will be drawn and announced on the 9^th day of each month.  The winners will be able to claim their prize in the form of a $250 gas/gift card, money order, or in cash.  Prizes will either be mailed or delivered to the winners in person, and the names of the winners will be posted and can be found on the organizations national website at www.k9national.com.  All the winners from 2011 can also be found on the same website.

Are we all too busy to reach back and help a little brother or sister. To help our HBCUs increase enrollment and visibility and to help provide scholarships. The ride is this Saturday it leaves at 9:30am from Iron Horse motorcycle in Monroe, nc if you can't ride at least go to the events page and donate to the RCRH foundation.

In over one month I have seen or heard of no positive responses to the Ride for change Ride for hope in north carling. Specifically the ride from charlotte/Monroe tO Greensboro. What up friends and riders?

All right North Carolina Riders and friends.  We have an opportunity to show our support by being part of the supporting riders and volunteers.   Lets make November 3-5 a date to remember, a date we can tell our kids about when all of the riders and friends pulled in the same direction at the same time to let people everywhere know how much we support  and believe in education and HBCU's. North Carolina has the most HBCU's of any state in the country.  Lets make sure they know we support them and our community and education.   Plan to be a part of the Ride for Peace Ride for Hope North Carolina.

North Carolina is a place that I have never been before.  That's why I like to ride because there is always someplace new that I can turn my front wheel in the direction of. This past spring I arranged escorts of tour buses en route to historically black colleges and universities that originated from here in Chicago.  Those buses came through North Carolina and will again next spring.  There is a crisis in our community that involves a major disconnect from our culture and our heritage.  And because of this among other things the appreciation for education has diminished.  World of Soul Motorcycle Community through Ride for CHANGE Ride for HOPE Foundation is seeking to expand upon the impact that we have already made on the issue of education in partnership with local biking communities across the nation. Jesse Jackson's PUSH Excel program has partnered with Ride for CHANGE Ride for HOPE Foundation to help more children have a fair shot at a quality education. In some communities only 30-40% of African American males are graduating high school.  This is alarming and makes wonder where will we be in another ten years as a people and I am not just talking about black people... This is not a black issue or white issue but an American issue in which we can all become engaged.  So I am hoping with your help I can come to North Carolina with your support to relay our plan and enlist your support and at the same time...have a good time.  Together all things are possible...I'd like to continue to hear from more folks from North Carolina.  Thank you all for the calls thus far.
